Excellent place for a dog walk.Fenced from the road, so doggies are safe off the lead.Just respect the area, pick up after your dog please.

A lesser-known alternative to the Holford Green car park, with immediate access to Woodlands Hill. Seems to be popular with mobile homes and overnighters. People seem to park considerately.

The perfect little free carpark to go walk in the quantocks. This is a pretty full on walk, not your gentle stroll, so go prepared for a bit of a hike. Wouldn't be the best place to go when it's wet, but great for a dry day. The views are absolutely stunning, you can see for miles!

A great little free car park at the foot of the Quantock hills, perfect place to kit up and head of and with all many path's to that it ready to get carried away only to realise at one point you've got to get back..

One of the many small free NT car parks where you can stop and take a walk to refresh your mind. Excellent views over the Bristol Channel to Wales. Unfortunately some of the footpaths are overgrown and impassable. Still the views at the top are well worth it. I loved the heather and gorse at the top.I
