Highly recommend staying with Lamputt Properties. Lauren (landlord) is super lovely. House is really modern, desks in each room for studying and beautiful bathrooms. They even have Dyson hairdryers and GHD straighteners for you to use!Stress free experience

Renting with Lamputt properties in my third year was by far my easiest experience of student accommodation and by far the nicest! Any problem we had was solved so quickly and effectively it really didn’t feel like your typical student landlords, and the houses were so well maintained that we all felt so at home.

Lamputt Properties has made our student housing experience incredibly smooth and stress-free. They responded to any maintenance issues quickly and effectively - we never had to ask twice! This was a breath of fresh air from our previous student housing experiences, and were considerate of our opinions on improvements that could be made. Not only was the management fantastic, the house was well kept, equipped and beautifully decorated. I highly recommend Lamputt properties if you are seeking a hassle-free student housing experience.

Mark and the team will make sure your house is always well maintained, which is a true rareity in the rentals market, and I can't reccomend LP enough for a stress free renting experience!

I have been a tenant with Lamputt properties now for two years and I’ve loved every minute of it. The attention to detail is fantastic and my room is equipped with everything that I could wish for. The mattresses are super comfy and it’s great to have a desk in my own room too.

I couldn’t have asked for more from our Lamputt Property house! The property is beautiful and equipped with everything we could want and need. More importantly, it’s clean, warm, and so well-furnished that it feels like a real home (unlike my friends’ student rentals!). The service provided is impeccable and takes out the stress of student accommodation.
