The main prompt for this high rating is their policy for following through a sale, right from initial valuation to its completion, with regular communication with all parties involved. This has been personally greatly appreciated.

The team at Brock Taylor have been fantastic- in particular Emily, who is approachable, attentive, motivated and always at the end of the phone to be able to put her clients at ease. She is clearly so passionate about what she does, and is a huge asset to the Brock Taylor team. Well they've only gone and done what 3 other estate agents couldn't haven't they?! Got us under offer in just 10 weeks of being listed!The communication with these guys is what's really put them above the rest for me personally, every week we had a personalised run down of the statistics from a real person (not a computer generated graph).Obviously we're not at the end of the road yet but so far Brock Taylor have really outshone the competition.We initially dealt with Simon who is a really nice person and so easy to chat with, super approachable and made himself available out of hours for us! And then we dealt with Emily who just glided in with no disruption to our existing relationship with Simon, it was a seamless transition and Emily's communication was fantastic.So pleased we chose Brock Taylor!

Emily at Brock Taylor came and did an evaluation on house. She is one of the most pleasant and helpful agents we have come across - really warm and friendly, very professional but also not pushy at all. We decided not to put our house on the market (despite a very tempting proposal from Emily!) for now but we will certainly be going back to her and Brock Taylor when the time is right. Everyone at Brock Taylor are lovely but in particular, we are extremely grateful to Emily. We had a long chain, with several challenges along the way and Emily virtually single handedly got it over the line. Her dedication to deliver is admirable. I came to BT on my son's recommendation as they were selling in Horsham and finding them extremely pleasant and helpful. I left a very large national selling and letting agent in Burgess Hill who inflated the possible sale price, dropped it and then, after some 5 months tried to get me to sell at 40k less than the first price quoted, to someone who wanted it cheap so they could afford to go to court to evict the tenants. I like ethical business practice and that is what I found at Brock Taylor. The got me the sensible asking price for decent people who wanted a home, not a gold mine.At every point they kept me informed and did their best to expedite matters. I would always recommend them.
