Terrible. Don’t trust this place. We bought a car here, always with problems, no customer care, completely rude. The car needed to be sold with the same problem and we lost a lot of money. I will never recommend this place to anyone I care about.

I part exchanged my car and bought a car from here and found it very easy, they were polite and helpful without being pushy. I paid just over £2000 for the car so obviously for that money it is not without a few minor faults , they can easily be sorted tho. So despite the negative comments i am very happy with my purchase, and as with buying any used car you get what you pay for.

AVOID! he will sell any car in any condition to anyone and only care about the money. My kids/other people could have died or been injured just 1 day after purchasing! Followed by lots of other faults and mechanics that have been prematurely. Not the first with bad experience and will not be the last!

If I could give no stars I would but unable to. The man in office was very rude and disrespectful to me did not like me asking any questions about the car or the aftercare such as warranty. Didn't even get up from his chair to come outside and discuss the car spec or price with me when looking at it.My advice isSTAY AWAY TAKE YOURMONEY ELSE WHERE!! had better customer services in mc D

STAY AWAY!!!Bought a car from them in August 2023. The brakes completely stopped when we were driving back over the bridge at 70mph, we went straight to the garage and there was, in their words, a 'massive hole' leaking breaking fluid. Cost me £400. Tried to call them and email but no response. Then the car stopped turning on and the gearbox stopped working. I needed a whole new one, which I couldn't afford - so I've just had to sell as scraps. I lost £5k because of this place.What a horrible company to sell cars like this to normal people and not even answer the phone after. Please do avoid them, they shouldn't be allowed to open.

Unsafe vehicles!!! Complete disregard for basic manners, which my 3year old nephew is more capable of doing. As for customer service....the toilet attendant in the local public toilets in my town may be able to help this guy out. I am not sure how he has been in business for 35years, I just hope nobody has been hurt by the the neglect shown by affordable cars. Do not use this company. Do not give them your money.If you do use them....good luck and be safe.

Extremely poor customer service. Sold me a car with so many faults. Had to drive 100 mile round trip each time with no courtesy car offered and only some faults fixed after having the car for a week. They didn't reply to my last email asking for them to arrange collection to fix the faults. Would NOT recommend!

Asked about car and have been told that they still have it but it's on hold for almost whole week as someone promissed to come from LONDON!!! What a joke you want to buy a car from them and they don't sell it
