Had several quotes when setting up our second restaurant, and Young Air Conditioning Ltd came out on top.Wayne recommended what system/units would suit our needs to save us money in the short and long term.Project was completed to an excellent standard, and the aftercare is second to none. Had a warranty issue and despite asking several times they will not come back to sort the issue even though the parts are under warranty. They say because they did not do the servicing they will not come back. (Servicing is up to date with another supplyer)I even offered to pay £100 admin fee to sort this out.Very poor

Young Air Malvern installed a silver Daikin Emura system in our bedroom. We were very pleased with the workmanship of the engineers and the consideration they showed for our home. They finished within the day and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. The unit works brilliantly in heating, we're looking forward to the warmer months to test it in cooling! Young Air came in response to my enquiries for an aircon unit for my conservatory. From the initial enquiry until completion of the installation every step of the job was faultless. Quite interestingly I had quotes from other companies who all tried to sell us a larger capacity more expensive unit. the smaller less expensive unit recommended by Youngair has worked perfectly just proving I made the right choice both financially and installer wise. Well what can I say!!! I had my 2 indoor units installed earlier this year by young air after a horrendous hot house last year and I am reaping the benefits! From quote to installation and use I can give nothing other than 5stars if I could give more I would! I can honestly say I will always have air con in my house and if I move I will not go to any other company for installation. Several years ago I'd used Young Air for a commercial installation and I'd remembered their professional yet caring approach. Wind forwards to 2022 where I wanted a pleasant environment to work from home several days a week, so I approached them to see what could be done. Requirements are obviously slightly different in a home installation where asthetics and noise are more important, but they didn't disappoint this time round either by fitting an appropriate system for my needs (which has been worth every penny with the recent fluctuating British weather!). Would definetly recommend them to anyone within their coverage area.

I contacted Young Air Conditioning 4 years ago to discuss installing A/C in my property. They responded promptly, and after a detailed site visit where they fully explained the options, they provided detailed quotations based on Daikin products. The order was delivered at the agreed time, and the engineers performed a tricky installation in my attic with minimum disruption. The system has worked perfectly since then, providing heating and cooling as required, and the engineer has been back every year (including during the lockdowns) to provide annual maintenance. I have been so pleased with the results that I have just had them install an additional system for a different part of the house, and the service continues to be of the highest level. A genuine, honest company, and it is a pleasure to deal with them. Highly recommended.

We had a Daikin Multi-split with 3 Stylish units fitted within our bungalow. The installation was completed to an excellent standard, careful attention was paid to every part of the job. We were particularly impressed by the detail given to the external trunking and pipework within the loft. Nothing was too much trouble to achieve a quality finish. Thé team did a great job from first enquiry to installation and post installation questions / service.The unit is great and quality and has been so good for A/C cooling and heating throughout the last year since installation. Would definitely recommend.
