Great experience. Dan was really helpful! Ran me through the entire process. Application was approved on a Friday. Loan agreement signed on a Saturday and car was collected on Tuesday. Thank you to Connor and Jade for following up too.

All in all a great service from Connor. Even though there was a couple of communication issues which I will put down to it being the end of the month and I imagine they were very busy trying to get deals over the line. Simple, swift process overall the only hold up of completing within a few days was an issue with the finance company and the dealership matching up their records. Again nothing Carloans 365 can do about that. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a car finance.

What an absolutely brilliant company.I've got bad credit but in no time at all they had my approved for finance and found me the car I was looking for. The customer service team are friendly helpful and kept me informed at every step of the process double checking I knew what was going on. Then after collection my vehicle they called me to make sure I was happy with it and told me not to hesitate to contact them should I need any help. Warren, Joe & James were nothing but positive, kind and helpful! Buying a car is stressful enough, but with these 3 lovely lads they made it so much easier. I could ask them any questions I had without feeling stupid and also was able to talk on a personal level. When there was a little hiccup Warren (who I first talked too) and he fixed it right away! Joe always kept me in the loop of what’s happening and was always ready to answer any questions I had! While James closed the deal and let me know the great news that’s it’s all gone through! I cannot rate Car Loans 365 highly enough. After spending 4 of the last 8 years as a mature student with two children and a house to run, the loss of income from work whilst I was a student took a huge hit on my credit score. A recent car accident in my previous car resulted in a write off so, after much hesitation because of my credit score, I eventually plucked up the courage to call Car Loans 365 at 10am on a Thursday and got through to Warren Singh. Explained my circumstances to him and he was very understanding and extremely helpful. Warren explained the process fully but moved at my pace, never rushing or being pushy. By 11am, I had completed the application, been pre-approved, and was searching for my new car. I found exactly what I was looking for within 10 minutes. I let Warren know and by 2:30pm, I was test driving the car. Before I knew it, my application had been fully approved, I had sent over all the documentation, and the car was officially mine! Throughout all of this, Warren has been absolutely fantastic, always in touch and ensuring I was completely informed every step of the way. Every conversation was easy and pleasant, and I couldn’t have asked for a better account manager. I cannot rate Car Loans 365, their staff, and their attentiveness to their customers highly enough.
