Wonderful service, as always, from Charlie and Linnea.I bought a bespoke engagement ring from S.P. Green and today we collected both of our wedding rings. Excellent design process, friendly knowledgeable staff, first class quality and fantastic attentive aftercare. I cannot fault S.P. Green, happily recommend the Bath store to anyone.

Fantastic! No other word for it. It’s full of nothing but professional, knowledgeable and personable staff who helped me on my design and selection process to make the perfect signet ring. This, being my first ring, was a new experience for me but Linnea had barrels of advice to help me select the right size, shape, weight and design.It’s not informal but was a very relaxing experience from the minute I stepped through the door. Everyone were welcoming and made you feel like you were in good hands (especially for me as I had not a clue what I was trying to buy or what it was going to look like). They are open to ideas and requirements and will try to facilitate everything you want!Also hats off to the engraving team in Birmingham, pulled off what we thought would be a bit of squeeze. The photo does do justice but considering what I was asking them to engrave, they pretty much did it bang on with a bit of extra detailing on the top!All in all, if you want to go somewhere you can trust, with staff who remember you and exactly what you are buying, who know what they are talking about and all at not a bad price, this is definitely for you. Bang on experience and will suggest to anyone, anytime

An incredible experience all round using S.P Green & Co. Ltd. The service could not have been better. Charlie went the extra mile to help me choose the perfect engagement ring by explaining all the various stone and ring options available to me, but he also got the ring to me despite living thousands of miles away. My fiancé said the in-store experience was just as good as well. So I would recommend these guys to anyone and already have to a number of my friends. 5-star service. Fantastic experience. Friendly, knowledgeable staff helped us find an engagement ring and were very patient as we came back a few times to make sure was the right one. Everyone made us (including our toddler!) feel welcome. Beautiful jewellery and great service. Can’t ask for more!

Charlie was amazing! He had soo much knowledge about diamonds and I felt soo comfortable that I was in safe hands, choosing loads and trying on loads of rings! I left having purchased my engagement ring!

Such an amazing experience; knowledgeable staff who were proactive and professional during each of my visits. They were also incredibly patient - introducing options within different price brackets without ever being pushy.The ring and diamond I finally settled on was at a great price point for the quality, which couldn't be matched anywhere (or even close) when I went on a reccy to gauge equivalent diamond costs at the neighbouring shops.To top it off - my wife absolutely loves the ring!100% recommend.(Purchase date: July 2022)

We were knocked out by the level of service, it was tremendous. Looking for wedding rings, first appointment with Charlie and second with Louise. Bothe superbly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Rings ordered. I could not recommend more highly.
