Was great wile I worked under a guy called Stefan really enjoyed my job until I was moved then it was hell temper tantrums mainly from management and was told by my supervisor that when I had a problem with another staff members abuse to deal with it as he had been there longer, even tho he had multiple complaints against him for abuse and bullying other members of staff. Training there was terrible was constantly moved so couldn’t really get used to any role and was treat horribly if I couldn’t pick it up immediately even tho the training was half arsed and massively lacking !I only worked in unit 7 so cant say much about the rest of the units but I’d rather eat broken glass than ever go back there it was the worst place I’ve ever worked !To be honest 1 star is only because 0 is not an option !

Awful place to work riddled with covid hold interviews everyday as that many people leave. Wouldn't recommend at all

Alright place to work.. management from what I seen was alright, always got on with them. - Turnover off staff is high! Kept on agency for forever until they decide they want to hand contracts out. Decent lads I worked with.

Worked here for 3 years, as an agency worker with CEA. Don't expect to be took on as full time worker any time soon. It was until the third year they be giving out contracts. I missed out because I was off sick once. Lads are great, management not so much.

Dreadful work place don't give you enough time train people up They're deciding release to agency staff because people can't do the I don't I haven't been training send me in different departments only been Learnt 1 I made mistake 1 day get phone call next day they don't want you I won't recommend this place to anyone I got told it was car doors I was doing put me wrapping could not do it

It's imposible to deliver anything as you hafto wait at the gait for over 20 mins before you can deliver your parts.

Fast. Was out in 15 minutes.
