I have been going to Philomena for a very long time. She is a lovely person who is excellent in her field and is always very professional. She has excelled herself under the current circumstances and follows all the correct protocol for safety. I visited last week and felt extremely safe. I highly recommend Lounge 3 Beauty Spa.

I had a full body scrub and massage and it was wonderful. Philomena is amazing at what she does and super friendly.Under the current restrictions with covid I could not of felt safer, everything explained fully, salon clean and all precautions in place.Thank you Philomena I will most definitely be back again xx

Philomena exceeds expectations in all aspects of her work. She is very professional and makes you feel comfortable and at ease throughout your treatment. I would not go anywhere else and highly recommend Lounge3. Philomena works alone and everything is cleaned thoroughly between each client: it is spotless. Very highly recommended.

I love this salon and was so pleased to see it fully open again on Saturday . Customer safety in the current climate is really important and all i can say is that I felt very reassured from the moment I arrived. Philomena has a very thorough process in place and went through it with me to cover all of the new processes she needs to follow and you have to follow as a customer. Nothing was left to chance and i still enjoyed my treatments, as i always do. Just fantastic and i can not recommend strongly enough.

Philomena is the first beauty therapist to immediately identify my skin as sensitive and ask what products I used, which were actually totally wrong for my skin. She advised the type of product I should use, and following her advice has led to my skin feeling and looking so much better. Philomena is warm and welcoming and professional. Her salon is scrupulously clean and I was so impressed with what she's introduced to protect her clients and herself re covid.. I felt totally safe with her. And because she works as a solo therapist there aren't people constantly coming and going; the environment is peaceful and quiet. I have visited Philomena for massages, waxing and facials, which she tailors to each client.. I love the fact that she uses natural products and is so knowledgeable about how to improve your skin without surgery or botox/fillers. I'm so glad I found Philomena.. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Philomena was very responsive to my requests when booking. Accommodating and very welcoming throughout the process. During therapies she was professional but friendly. Would definitely recommend as both my mum and I came out feeling refreshed and relaxed.

Me mum and sister went to Lytham for a weekend and pamper treatments. As Philomena works by herself we had our session one by one while the other two went exploring the local Shops and bars! Mum and sister had hot stone massage, I had Indian head massage.. was made to feel welcome and relaxed right from arrival. Even though it was a marathon run for Philomena, she was just as professional, patient and soothing with the last treatment as she was with the first.I went there with lots of stress, tension through my head and back, after the treatment I had the best nights sleep!Will definately go back when we visit again.
