Great place to stay in the heart of Appledore

Sensibly situated, but possibly lesser known given how it is accessed, this is an open air car park, more sizeable than it first appears (there are two parking areas that makeup this car park)Popular with Campervans (and similar) whilst we were there in March, it also has Reserved Bays (which I’d guess are sold as ‘permit holder’ bays). One side doesn’t have lines indicating spaces, but the other side doesBe mindful that the gradient of the hill down into the Village from here might make it harder work with pushchairs/wheelchairs, etc, but it is only a short walkPayment by cash, card and mobile app. Prices match with other local car parks, and seem reasonableThis is the best place to park for The Maritime Museum (which was being renovated when we visited Appledore)

Lovely little town. With some beautiful shops.
