I bought a couch on a whim without anywhere to store it on a friday night at 5pm. Stupid I know especially when I needed my work van for the Monday. I called mylockup in Birtley and Jeremy was awesome. He arranged to meet me there on the Saturday morning on his day off and sorted everything out. Modern clean and secure premises and at a great rate. Cant be faulted I'll definitely use again. Thanks Jeremy

Then when we visited the location and met the manager, we were impressed even more. We have been 100% satisfied with the facility, the security, and the customer service. Fully recommend!

Can't fault my lock up at all. Lyndsey is brilliant, really helpful and friendly. The lock ups are ideal, different sizes for your requirements, clean and dry. Couldn't have asked for more.

I'm very impressed with the lock up clean safe and very friendly staff.I needed another unit the same size as the one I have within an hour of ringing I was the proud renter and another unit.I love the idea of being able to access the unit anytime that is convenient to myself. I cannot rate this place, and especially Jeremy, highly enough. From the beginning they were accommodating, helpful and really supportive (even when I was having a mini personal meltdown) . It's safe, clean, secure and easy to get in and out of with your personal fob. Jeremy honestly goes out of this way to make everything as easy as possible for you. I would recommend to anyone and everyone. Thank you again!!!
