So pleased with my Letterbox flowers. I sent some and also received some six days ago. The flowers are just as shown on your website and over a few days opened up fully and look gorgeous now.

Really disappointed with my birthday gift - didn’t arrive until 7:15pm and the flowers are not in good condition, many are squashed and a couple of flower heads are missing. Can’t get through to customer service either.

We have bought a subscription of flowers as a gift have have been exceedingly impressed with the quality of the flowers. The arrangement was exquisite too and arrived with food and easy instructions. Cannot wait to see the bouquets change over the seasons. Lovely stuff, Bloom & Wild! ❤️

Sometimes there have been delivery issues, not because of Bloom and Wild but because of Royal Mail etc. This happened recently, I contacted B&W and I must say I was blown away by their fantastic customer service team! They went above and beyond to make things right. It makes such a difference when your issue is resolved with such care. Oh, the flowers are gorgeous too!

Received a bunch of The Anna Flowers today & we are so upset for our friends wasting their money on such a dehydrated & quite frankly stingy bunch of dead flowers! I personally recommend those that are looking to buy flowers to send to family or friends….. Don’t bother with Bloom & Wild!! Utterly Disgraceful & Gutted for my dear friends wasted money…… Do Yourself a Favour & Go Elsewhere

Worst flowers ever received. I ordered flowers for a family members birthday and they turned up half dead, broken and destroyed in a flat pack box. Would have been better off with a £5 bunch of flowers from Tesco. Would not recommend or ever buy from again.

I was sceptical about sending flowers through the post but couldn't be more wrong.I ordered the flowers for an elderly relatives 93rd birthday.Easy, clear online ordering process and the flowers were delivered on time with no issues and opened up beautifully with lots of colour.Lots of care and detail has been used in the packaging to ensure these flowers arrived safely.One very happy birthday girl :)

I have been using Bloom&Wild for quite a while now. They offer amazing prices, often have special offers and incredible selection of bouquets, plants, gifts and at Christmas time, amazing wee Xmas trees. Never had any issues with the delivery and are always quick to respond when there are any questions. Hands down the best online flower shop I have ever used!
