Impact Massage
Cannot recommend Impact Massage highly enough. Indre listens to your needs and talks through the treatments she recommend's. She is very welcoming and professional in her approach. I have fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis and Indre is very knowledgeable of both conditions. She has helped me tremendously!

I've been to Impact Massage a few times now. Indre is lovely, she has so much knowledge and puts your mind at ease.She's very good with recommending exercises to carry on at home too.Definitely recommend as the place to go for any issues you may have with your back, neck, shoulders, legs etc.The reflexology is amazing too!

I've been seeing Indre for several years now! It began with just a relaxing massage and as time has gone on and her knowledge expanded, it is so much more than just a massage. Plantar Fasciitis...what Plantar Fasciitis!! Check out the rock tape she put on my heel! Not had discomfort for over 2 months now!It is very much a person centred approach when visiting Indre and not a one size fits all! She puts me at ease and makes me feel safe. What more could you ask for?

I went to Indre whilst I was suffering from insomnia and had reflexology. It was amazing and extremely relaxing. Indre is very professional and I felt very comfortable in every session. I would highly recommend!

I have regular massages with Indre. She is amazing at what she does and I always leave feeling relieved of tension. Indre is always very welcoming and makes you feel comfortable.I have problems with tension in my neck and shoulders and suffer from sciatica and have really benefited from my monthly massages. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. My partner books in regularly too and is also very impressed. Highly recommend
