I booked an appointment for 1pm 18th September at speenymoor and people got seen before me even though I booked a head. Nails good but not excellent I won't be going there again

Have been using Emily nails for around 7 months now and I can honestly say every set of nails I’ve had have been perfect. Always satisfied, staff are lovely and make you feel welcome. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

Fuming. Messaged on Facebook and asked how much it would be for gel and acrylic and they said £30 but when it came to when I had to pay they said £37 although I brought £30 as that is how much they said it was. Also, there are patches on my nails that you can practically see through and I got them done 2 weeks ago and 3 have snapped off in that time.
