Appalling service. Have had my computer since July for a reset having been sent there from Curry's knowhow service. Do not answer phones. Send messages they have been trying to contact me yet there are no missed calls or emails. Total shambles. Covid 19 can be blamed for a longer wait but is not an excuse for poor communication and service and had the displeasure of paying £60 for a service that has failed to mend my computer having had it for around 6 weeks now.

Very poor security system anyone would think they were housing the Crown jewels the amount of checks I had to go through to get in and out of the place I was only dropping a van off yet had to empty my pockets on the way out serched my pockets and had to register my phone on the way in and on the way out to make sure I had the same phone as I had when I went in absolutely ridiculous next time I deliver there they can collect it from the gate

Had a fridge freezer delivered to my grandparents house today they just dumped it not even leveled it off if it was leaning anymore forward it'd fall over. It's disgusting. How many more people are they treating like this I'm seriously not happy

Took by HP laptop which we bought in December, as when starting up would flicker between white screen and desk top, got sent off the the Currys repair centre, got it back and spent 1 hour putting everything back ie office, on as they wiped the HHD. Only to open the laptop and it has the same fault again. So now taking back wasting my time and going without a laptop again for a wee.
