Lee at the Skipton store was and is absolutely outstanding ! The problem was a big one and went right back through many Vodafone teams so took quite some understanding for the Skipton store to work a way through the maze but this guy was unbelievably helpful and very very clued up as to what needed fixing. My advice would be if you want any help after getting nowhere with online chat lines and you are near the store then go see Lee. Vodafone should be aware that he is a marvelous asset to their company. Thanks Lee.

Went in with my dad, all they tried to do was screw him, they told him he couldn’t have the contract that was on his Vodafone upgrade info on his my vodafone, he’s a 71 year old man, he wanted the £9.80 sim only contract, but they tried to get him on a £26 contract, and told him the one online wasn’t available, we walked out of the shop and got the contract he wanted in minutes on his mobile phone, the Asian lad in there was so persistent to rob my dad for a contract he wouldn’t use, absolutely disgusting, if you want a good deal do it on line avoid this store completely

I wasn't confident finding a plan to suit my needs, so buying phone package online is not something I will do. The staff in Vodafone are very helpful and are happy to go through various options til they find one you, as the customer, are happy with. They also tell you to come back into store if you get stuck so they can help you. The only negative point I would mention to Vodafone themselves is that their systems seem very slow at processing while you are in the shop, this doesn't fil you with loads of hope of a superfast network. I chose them because they reckon to have 99% coverage in the UK.
