Absolutely wonderful experience! I had Emma and she helped me test all of the products that I was interested in and more. I found new products that I like and wouldn’t have looked at if it wasn’t for Emma. A very great staff member who made me feel looked after and made my shopping experience amazing!

Went into the store today and was helped by Anisha. I told her that I wasn't the most knowledgeable about Lush and didn't really know what to look for but told her I was interested in their exfoliating products. She was very eager to help and demonstrated a couple on my hands. Very happy with my purchase and experience thank you

I had dropped by at Lush to buy some soaps. I picked the sandstone soap and the posh chocolate body wash. I love how both smell and use. Also - Thanks to Anisha who helped me choose and figure out my pick! She was extremely helpful and improved my experience at the store ❤️

Partner went in to buy some products while me and my son was waiting a lovely lady came over and talked to my son who is 3 and let him feel the soaps and bombs. then let him choose a bomb and they played with it in the water. Amazing above and beyond was not expecting that visiting today. Thank you so much made one little boy very happy. Sorry didn't catch lady's name

Gorgeous new store and lovely layout with so much space. Hannah hosted our party and it was so much fun getting to make a bath bomb and having a play with different products. She was very engaging and was friendly and welcoming. Great experience and would definitely consider doing something like this again in the future with friends or family.
