Love your classes! You always give good modifications and realise that everyone has their own physical limitations, be it body shape, fitness or injury. But you also push just enough to ensure constant improvement.

I started yoga at Trini Yoga in July 2021 and it has genuinely been life changing. I was really nervous about joining a yoga class as I was a complete beginner. Suzanne made me feel so comfortable straight away, and has created such a lovely community within Trini Yoga. Suzanne’s expertise and teaching style means that I feel I’m really learning and progressing, rather than just turning up to a class and blindly following the teacher, but at the same time it’s such a friendly, laid back and no pressure environment (and we have a laugh!). I can’t imagine life without yoga now!

I have just come back from a yoga retreat with Suzanne i had a great weekend she is a lovely friendly person, i was nervous about going has i am new to yoga but Suzanne and all the other people there made me feel so comfortable i loved it, i can not wait until the next one. :)

I had a fabulous 'Tai Yoga' massage with Suzanne at Trini Yoga today. A beautiful blend of massage and stretches, which was so relaxing and I felt so good afterwards! Will definitely be going back for another one! Thanks Suzanne.

Such a lovely studio, and wonderful teaching from Suzanne. A very knowledgeable and approachable teacher, who doesn’t take herself too seriously! Would highly recommend for beginners and experienced yogis alike :)

The studio is in a tranquil location and has a calming effect as soon as you are getting ready for your class. The classes are small so individual attention is guaranteed for an all round satisfying experience.

So tranquil and calm. Really well planned sessions with individual attention if needed. Fully equipped, large studio in a converted barn. Lovely to see the horses in their stables during yoga. Feeling at one with nature.

A lovely yoga studio in a complex of converted barn buildings. The studio itself a calming place with superb natural light. The wonderful environment is matched by the terrific instructor Suzanne who is both knowledgeable and kind. I have been studying yoga for 7 years and this is one of the very nicest places I have practiced.
