Took my car in for Service Interval Schedule, booked in with many day in advance, on the day i was told that one of the required parts for Service Interval Schedule wasn't available (unsure why they didn't check all parts required for service was available in advance). However, still got the service warning message removed from the car despite not having it done fully (sounds like a cowboy job to me). I was told I would get a call once the part arrived on Monday 23rd but I received no call no email follow back, a bit disappointing and unprofessional.

Having my Land Rover fail me on a Monday morning was never ideal. Having rang my local Land Rover Dealer, they said there was a recall by fail on my Land Rover & could not repair it till the new year at the earliest, as no parts & no availability to book it in.Rang Sytner Land Rover Sheffield, & said they could look at it on the Thursday if I could get it to them. Limped it up the M1 with the AA in tow, to be met by a wonderful front of house lady at Land Rover. The ladies name fails me, but she was from Kiveton. Such a lovely human being. The lady arranged me a taxi to the train station to get me on my way back to Nottingham. Rang Thursday to see what was happening & spoke to Connor. Once again, a warm friendly man, who informed me that the work was underway & should be ready by Friday. Train back up to Sheffield on Friday afternoon, to be met once again by the lovely lady. Coffee duly offered. Connor arrives to say my car had been fixed & was being cleaned & should be about another 30 minutes.From start to finish, I cannot fault any aspect of the team at Sytner Land Rover.A blueprint to how it should be.I highly recommend Sytner Land Rover in Sheffield, & I hope one day to return to buy a new vehicle from them .

I always receive a warm welcome, I am looked after at all stages ie arrival, departure and any contacts in between. All staff are very curtious, they appear very knowledgable, listen to my concerns. My car is always cleaned before it is returned to me, what has been done is always explained and I have never had to return to the garage after having work done because I was unhappy or there was a fault. I have had my current vehicle nearly 5 years and will continue to use Sytner even though the drive to get there takes me over an hour

After my initial enquiry, and reservation for our new car online, I was contacted professionally and quickly. I must say that my experience with Sytner was far and away the best car buying experience I have ever had. Very professional, nice people, detailed walkthrough of the vehicle, and super fast order process. The part ex on my vehicle was an easy process, and my new range rover is absolutely perfect! Disgusting customer service.I ordered a new car back in April 2023 to arrive in September when the new number plate came out, never was I told there was going to be a new style change (which would have been known for months if not a year) or there was any issues.Roll on to a month before collection of the new car to be told there was a style change, I could no longer have the one I originally picked and that the new car they had change mine to was now a few hundred more a month.When deciding that refinancing my old car was the only option, I was told I would need a invoice for every part my car had ever had when serviced over the last few years because I hadn’t had the services with them but when asked why I never got a invoice for something they had once done they couldn’t give me one. (The car does have a full service history, along with invoices an the garage is VAT registered, which I’ve since found out from going to other dealer ships that is fine to do) So now I’m less than a month away from no longer having a car, with no new car on the way and was told I would be able to have my deposit back since this was a breach of the original contract and I’m still waiting after a week.This would have been my third vehicle from Land Rover and after my experience this time I can’t say I will be ordering another car from them. Overall disappointed.

Great service, lovely reception area where I could work and even got a coffee which was lovely.Tried to get some assistance with the control app, the lady did the best she could, but was unable to help. She indicated that all her knowledge was self taught. Please can you give them some training.Overall great service
