Sytner Land Rover KnutsfordWent up on a Sunday morning, travelled from North Wales. Neil met us as we went in and we had a brief chat before he got us coffee and sat us down to go through what we wanted. He arranged a test drive of the car we wanted and we subsequently purchased it. I can't thank Neil enough as he went above and beyond what we were expecting. It was a very pleasant and relaxed atmosphere to be doing business in. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend them, will be using them again in the future.

Outstanding experience all round. Nice showroom, pleasant helpful staff. Was offered refreshments instantly on all occasions. Was updated on my cars progress throughout. I have to say, it’s a great experience in Knutsford Land Rover. Very satisfying for their service and preparation of the vehicle. I bought a used Range Rover from them with Craig . That’s was surprisingly the vehicle changed four all new tyres and brake pads with new disc, all new wipers as well.Amazing Dealership service!

I wasn’t surprised to see most of the 5* reviews are about sales and most of the poor reviews are about servicing/repairs.I was planning on buying a third Land Rover from Sytner but my servicing experience has left me questioning whether I want to do that.Had my car booked in for a suspension problem. Arrived 9am on a Friday morning as arranged and asked for a mechanic to come out on a test drive to demonstrate the fault. 5 minutes later (9.05am) he confirmed to me drop links need replaced. I left the car confident knowing along with the mechanic what was needing done.I hear nothing all day until after 5pm.Car needs to stay in garage over weekend to be dealt with on the Monday.Frustrating being without my car over the weekend but these things happen I thought.I hear nothing all weekend, and nothing until Monday afternoon and was told at that point the mechanic has had a look at the car and I need new drop links we will need to rebook to get them fitted.The car had obviously been sat in the car park all day Friday, Saturday, Sunday and most of Monday before it was looked at. Having had the car for four days I was told what I knew and the nice young lad who came out on the test drive knew at 9.05am on the first day.It almost sounded as though they had almost worked on my car during the 4 days they had it!My experience has taught me not to expect them to put any effort in or prioritise your car after you have bought it. It’s left me with the feeling they care about sales and not after sales service.Oh and car was rebooked. Car sat in car park most of the day again. Phone call at 5.30pm, car still not right needs a new part which is on back order so I’m driving around with a dodgy suspension. Are they bothered? Has anyone kept me updated on when this part will be sourced? Of course not!And the chances of being offered a courtesy car when the car is in is not very high to say the least.Disappointing.

I have my Evoque serviced and warranty repairs done here, each time the service and communication has been excellent. Matthew Waters went out of his way to keep me informed on repair progress. The service dept does get busy, so book in advance.

Awesome experience. Car developed a fault while i was 250 miles from home. Team at Sytner Knutsford turned round a repair within hours to allow me to get back on my way.

I bought a discovery through another dealer and they couldn’t get the in control to work after 2 weeks. I popped in on the off chance for help and advice, Simon was superb and after a bit of trouble shooting he got it all working.Thanks again

Sat for 3 and a half hours (second visit in 10 days), without even an offer of a coffee; as they wanted me to wait 2 weeks having to put coolant in three times daily. Had told them the issue over the phone 6 weeks prior; but they hadn’t ordered parts. So decided to stay and wait with the car. Drive for 15 mins, again coolant leak despite them telling me the issue was with the bottle and it had been replaced. I filled coolant and sat and waiting for mobile assistance. 50 mins later, assistance comes and has to refill coolant again (car hadn’t moved). Baring in mind, they had me waiting for 40 mins in the dealership saying it “was going on a road test”. It was driven for 3 minutes with a top speed of 19mph - I wish they’d driven it for the 40 minutes. Would have seen the job was not complete themselves.Was told to call mobile assistance over the weekend if needed; but they have not made assistance aware this is their fault and their cover not my own.Car is totally unsafe & can now not visit anybody throughout the Christmas period as planned.Bad car, but much worse engineer. The car went in with 3 main issues; all 3 still remain.They booked my car in for 2 days, it didn’t even move the first day. Tried to rush a job and look what has happened.

Until recently I have been a Mercedes advocate for years, but when buying my most recent car I decided to purchase a Range Rover. I’ve just taken it to Land Rover Kutsford for a service, and I have to say, I’m very impressed.I was booked in for a late morning booking and chose to wait for the duration. Upon arrival there was a member of staff at the front desk who confirmed my booking details, asked me if I’d like a drink, and this one was a first for me from a car dealer, would I like any breakfast, nice touch!I was seated at attended to quickly. I was informed of the barista bar and to help myself to drinks, snacks, newspapers etcDuring my wait I received a message with a link that showed where the service was up to. I also had various members of the team asked if I was OK and asked if I needed anything.Shortly before the service was completed I was again asked if I was OK, and then asked if I would like any lunch, again, nice touch.Once the service was completed a member explained what had been done, where I took the opportunity to ask a couple of questions that had come to me during my wait, which were all answered quickly.On leaving I found my car had been valeted, and the seat etc had been returned to my setting.All in all a very pleasant experience.

Bought a used Range Rover in July 2023 which had a few minor issues. John Underhill and the team have provided outstanding service to rectify them in the most convenient manner possible. Top notch service which is rare these days!
