They charged over £8000 more then they should. My lift doesn’t work correctly and they came out today after waiting a very long time of what we was told to to them be told we had to wait another 2 hours and this is very normal for them, eventually he got here was here nearly an said all done, I went to use my lift and it didn’t arrive at the top I had to get my husband to lift the lid before I could continue on up. I can not physically lift the roof as they are aware and if I was alone I wouldn’t make it upstairs at all. The only people threw the whole thing that we haven’t had a problem with and that was the men that installed it, every other step has been painstakingly uncomfortably and hard. I would have nothing todo with them again but my lift still doesn’t work.
