Ealing smoke shop

Unreliable and expensive. 20£ for 2 balloons, I ordered them 2 week in advance and set the appointment at 10.30 on Friday the 20th. On that day when I got there the shop was closed. No phone number, nothing to contact them. I came back at 11 and the shop next door called them for me, asking me to wait there 15 minutes and don’t leaving me the option to come back later because “they are coming opening the shop for me”. When this other guy came I even had to wait him inflate the balloons. Cherry on the cake, not a single sorry from them.
