Top man appliance repairs
This gentleman came to look at my Samsung American Fridge Freezer, he misdiagnosed the fault as the circuit board!! when in fact Samsung confirmed it was the compressor.He stood in front of my open freezer for over 20 mins causing me to lose over £150 of food. When I advised him that I had a freezer full of food, literally the week before xmas!! . Samsung didn't need to stand in front of open freezer to diagnose the fault. I contacted him so many times but he couldn't care less. AVOID AT ALL COST!!
