We are very impressed with the positive attitude shown by all the staff at Netbox, whatever their role. We get excellent service at a reasonable price.We are particularly impressed by the engineers on the help desk. They are very knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble, whatever the level of ignorance of the requester!
