My IT and broadband were in a bit of a mess. Constant drops on quality and unable to pick up Wifi in many areas of the building. Unworkable for my business and/or my family. Alex came in, offering great advice, even dealing with suppliers on my behalf. He made a number of suggestions which he implemented for us.We now have full strong wi-fi throughout the building and it is a solution that will continue to work in the years ahead. Alex has since followed up on a number of occasions to make sure everything is working as it should be. He also made everything look incredibly neat and tidy which was an added bonus.I can heartily recommend his service - nothing is too much trouble but most importantly, he delivers where it matters.

We had a gigaclear Linksys mesh system that repeatedly dropped out across our house, which was losing time and causing lots of home working frustrations. I called Alex who responded v quickly to all enquiries throughout the time he spent with us. He provided us with an improved option for our Wi-Fi coverage at home and then completed the installation.The Wi-Fi coverage and Mbps speed throughout our house (and down to our shed) is now consistent and at the highest maximum rating
