Terrible experienceWent for lashes after seeing an advert for models for SvS lashes to build the woman's portfolio3 hours later and results in picture !!Told to come back for more to be added or not to pay And leave it at that and soak off what she had done !So obviously I left .Then phoned by the manager and accused of just leaving without paying !Returned to show her the lack of resultsOnly to receive abuse and be told they aren't going to be perfect it says models requiredFor £35 I would expect to look like I had my lashes done or at least see a difference ! .I was then told not to come back and she swore and slammed the door as I was walking out :/Really disgusting behaviourAnd bad management .Don't be fooled by the friends and family reviewsAny bad ones are removed from her page

Amazing salon and owner. Carys always does an amazing job whenever I'm in the salon. So creative and helpful, highly recommended to anyone! Will never go anywhere else x

The best nail artist!!! Love going to Truffles for my nails doing. Carys is always so welcoming and polite. She is so talented, I am always pleased with every design she does. I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you lovely!

I don't use the place myself as they do finger nails, eyebrows etc, my wife loves it, the girls who work in Truffles are always very warm and welcoming

A very friendly and customer oriented service. The microdermabrasion facial worked miracles on a recent breakout. So pleased with the outcome that iv now added this place as part of my skin care routine. See you again soon and thank you :)
