I had 3 large paintings shipped from a gallery in London to my studio in NJ, USA using Pack & Send. I couldn't be more pleased with their professionalism and service. My paintings arrived to me in perfect condition in only 2 days after shipment. Their price was absolutely more than reasonable for the service I received. Amazing services from Pack & Send from beginning to end. Email communication was prompt and clear. They pay particular interest to detail and made me feel at ease at every stage of the process. They were able to deliver my work on time when needing to work to a tight delivery window. Brilliant competitive prices and service compared to all other shipping companies I have worked with. It is reassuring to be able to get in contact with someone from the branch whenever you might need. Will definitely use again :)

I had a great experience, I recently was traveling for three weeks around Europe and got to a point where I had to send things back home (US). I was immediately helped, all my questions were answered, and my things arrived quickly (before I made it back!). I highly recommend using this company for shipping!

I bought some books from a bookstore in London that doesn't ship. Ribin at Pack & Send Elephant and Castle arranged pick up of the books, carefully packed them, and sent them to me in the US. Communication was fantastic and as soon as I paid over the phone, I had a DHL tracking number within minutes. Very responsive, very efficient and I highly recommend. I'll use them again when I need something sent to me from London.

Their service is quick, easy and super friendly. They really understand what you need to get done and get to it in such a fast and efficient way. Ribin is fantastic to work with. I called around similar places in London and they were the only service that was able to accomplish what I needed to get done (pick up a large package from a residence in London and ship it to New York).
