Decent bus company. Cheap fares. Passengers could be better behaved. Great drivers, good choice of routes and frequency.

Buses are not very clean , the cost is too much for an uncomfortable bus. Most drivers do not put the heating on when it’s really cold.Miserable drivers, and some do not drive very well at all

Generally very happy as we get loads of buses and don't have to wait long for one to come along.Buses are usually very clean and presentable. Drivers are mainly friendly and helpful.However this afternoon my friend and I found the driver rushing and then braking hard, it wasn't a smooth journey and was I concerned for older and frailer passengers when they were getting on and off the bus as no time was allowed for them to get to a seat. Our bus was a number 17 from town at 3.30 pm.Poor driving, little thought for passenger safety.

Terribly rude and hostile drivers twice in one day. I have seen drivers literally scream and shout at passengers who seemed to make genuine mistakes. I was appalled by their behaviour. How embarrassing to even speak to anyone the way they did and in front of other passengers as well. Maybe an update on dealing with travelers needed, dealing with conflict as well.

These guys know their buses , this operator is leading the market in all areas.Others should really follow no wonder NCT have won operator of year award so many time.They put their customers before profits , really pioneering with technology and really forward thinking.Wish they would branch out.

The morning No.4 service is of no doubt The worst bus service ever. No on-time performance, missed stops, rude bus driver, and many more. Last month, the bus passed my stop three time without any sign that the bus was full. And today, the driver simply discriminated his passenger by forcing me get-off. The driver asked one standee to get off without any reasons. I feel being discriminated by the bus driver as he just tried to expel me off the bus. This is the fourth time I file a complaint about the bus 4 service. The bus license plate is YT6I FFV, and it was operated by a Black driver.

This company has to be the worst in the East Midlands. Earlier today I had to be at work and the 77 strelley bus took over 40 mlns to show up in town when it should have been there in half the time. When I boarded the driver was rude beyond compare and the vehicle was that unhygienic it was almost un bareable. This company has much to improve

Nottingham city transport drivers (95% of them) are so ignorant and miserable, what on earth is a matter with them ? They would all do themselves a favour by getting on a trent Barton bus , especially the Calverton connection. ..the drivers are so polite and welcoming, the difference is incredible, NCT should do an undercover boss programme on there buses you'd soon see what I mean !! .
