Great service. Friendly and welcoming staff. Offered a seat and a hot or cold drink during our visit into the store. Quick turnaround time and a great price for my ring to be sent off for a clean. Would recommend!

Huge thanks to Christine at Case&Case Wigan. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She listened to what I was looking for, asked all the right questions. Showed me an array of watches, giving me her honest opinion when I tried them on. I eventually settled on the Hamilton Khaki field watch. Made up with it! Thank you!! Would definitely recommend!

Picked up my new ring yesterday. It is absolutely stunning and we are beyond thrilled with it . We went to the shop 6 weeks ago and picked the desired style. It got ordered to be uniquely hand-made. Matt and his team were so helpful from the very beginning and throughout. He give us his expert opinion and advice until we picked our Ring. All the staff were extremely friendly, polite and professional. We couldn't recommend Case & Case (Wigan) enough and definitely would use again. Thank you

Bought 2 wedding rings and had an engagement ring replated and adjusted. Matt was so helpful in explaining the different types of rings and prices and made the process very easy. Very happy with the service provided and can't wait to pick up our rings.

Matt’s stores in both Wigan and Warrington are simply top class. Matt ensures you are well looked after in the store, provided with quick, thorough and friendly service, all at a more competitive price than other jewellers with no quality lost. Couldn’t recommend Matt’s stores more after having my watch battery professionally replaced and resealed far cheaper and quicker than any other jeweller could offer.
