Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Slough

The staff here are superb, very polite, personally i am very happy with the way they have dealt with my queries and managed to resolve any issues swiftly. They greet you with a smile and explain everything to you until you are satisfied. This will definitely be a place to get future rental cars.

I hired a van from Enterprise on the Bath Road and was warmly greeted when I arrived by an enthusiastic member of staff, the office was warm and there was a real buzz of activity in the office, he then swiftly took me through the process and checked over the van to get me away quickly.On returning the van I was again dealt with by a very pleasant and polite young lady who again dealt with the return swiftly. A really good experience and not one I have ever had from any other rental garage.

This branch staff is amazing. Had wonderful experience twice. They are very supportive and accommodating. Once I went to pick up car when they were almost closing, but they still extended their time and gave me the car. I would highly recommend this branch. I had a numerous questions prior to my hire. They could not have been more kind, patient and professional.On the day of the hire I had a few issues with my paperwork and once again they were soo helpful solving my problem.All aspects of my hire were explained and questions answered.I was shown around my vehicle in detail with patience.Thank you Omer Demirturk, Dan Gincu and Oliver Baldwin for your excellent customer service.

As a first time van renter, the entire renting process thourgh enterprise rent a car was very easy. When I arrived at the brunch, I was looked after by Jamie who quickly introduced me to the final steps of the process and we showed a great level of understanding regarding the company services and policies. After finishing the paperwork and payment steps, Jamie took me to my van and we check the van together to make sure everything is alright. During the process, he continuously showed a high level of professionalism answeringpromptly to my questions. After finishing the process I was good to go, furthermore I was very happy that I meet Jamie again when I bring the van back as for me is important to have only one person to deal with, from the beginning of a customer journey until the end. Well done to the company for managing to keep this amazing people still motivated to provide such amazing level of customer services, and well done to Jamie. Hope to see you again when I need to rent a van next time!

Do not take the car from here. They are trying to take money from me for a damage I haven't done. When requested to show me the photo or video evidence when the car was handed over they do not have anything. I did explain them if the damage is new their is always some residue which can be taken off but they still don't beleive me. I only hired for a few hours. Its only about £250 but business ethics is more important.

Used enterprise rent a car through my insurance company a couple of months ago. This was after I got into an accident and required a courtesy car. The team were super friendly, especially Erin, and even though there were issues on the day I went to pick up the car, the team went the extra mile and sorted everything out in no time. It all went smoothly from start to finish. I have zero complaints.

Had a lovely experience for my first ever time renting a car jamie looked after me on my check in which was a walk in the park...I had a vehicle which started making a weird noise so I called enterprise was told to bring it back where Adani helped me upgrade the car as I extended my policy and lucky enough I got a Peugeot E 2008 which was absolutely stunning drive on day of return lovin did the return for the car and was really nice and friendly everything was straight forward and the staff are willing to go above and beyond for us customers need so we'll done guys keep doing what you do best

Brilliant customer service. I was looked after by Harman who was a very friendly person and helped me with the entire process. The car was clean and brand new. Harman made sure to look after me very well and also made the drop off service very smooth and efficient. Will be coming back to get my car rental from here in the future.
