Honestly the best service I have ever had when hiring a castle. They have amazing deals which beats the price of any castle I've ever hired before. The castle was cleaned by the lovely couple straight after inflating. They honestly are the best and will be hiring from them 100% in the future. Not only that but to be donating a percentage of the profits to a charity that they have set up to help spread awareness of how vital early diagnosis of asthma is, is just amazing! Keep up the amazing work guys!

Yesterday I was at a birthday and one very upset nephew And several children. completely let him down when text and phone to say we're was they, told us 5_10 mins away a hour later no show,You should be so disappointed with your selfs letting a fiver year old down first party and told us it was safety conditions well wrong no rain all wind Saturday till around four and that was dripples of rain safety my foot,should give this family a free day of bouncy castle, I should not be looking at your company for my girls,Stay away their let you down, and loads excuses,

Hired the Lego slide castle with just 48hrs notice. The kids had a whale of a time. Professional service, arrived on time, stayed intouch an gave notice of collection. Have already rebooked for our son's birthday in may HIGHLY recommend

Failed to show for two separate bookings made and will now not return my deposit paid for our third booking which is for my wedding! Fail to reply to or even acknowledge multiple Facebook messages, voicemails and texts sent since July. Really terrible company.
