Love attending classes led by The Yoga Junkie, they are always refreshing and invigorating. Debbie has a calming presence and provides clear instructions, making it easy to follow along. Her knowledge and passion for yoga truly shines through in each class. Highly Recommended ❤️

Honestly this is one of my favourite places on earth! Debbie has so much knowledge and experience, I would honestly recommend anyone to go, I’ve taken my friends, my parents and my partner. It’s a safe space where you can meet likeminded people.I personally struggle with my health and Debbie has helped me so much to make lasting changes that have really improved my quality of life.

A warm and welcoming environment with no judgement and all levels of competency are visible. This is the first time I've been to yoga classes and I love them. Some are calming, relaxing and test the flexes, others can have short bursts of intensity, accompanying beautiful music, vocals, drums and other apparatus used,it's a wonderful experience. The class content varies often which makes me look forward to the next one. Debbie is great also, aside from being an absolute athlete, she's considerate to individuals health and asks after us all. She assists people and identifies our limitations quickly.

Finding the right yoga class was a challenge until I found The Yoga Junkie. Deb makes you feel so welcome at every session and adapts each session to your ability. The yoga studio is the most beautiful space and one that everyone needs to experience!I have also attended 1:1 coaching with Deb, her natural offering of support and knowledge is priceless. Making you feel at ease and providing a non judgmental space. I can’t recommend Deb enough.

If you want a first class yoga teacher and a place to calm your mind if you have a hectic life like me, get yourself over to the yoga junkie. Debs is a fantastic yoga teacher, she always makes you so welcome and has so much empathy for others. I feel completely refreshed and at peace after going and my mind completely cleared and there’s always little touches like herbal teas and treats. She’s an absolute tonic

When I went to my first yoga class in Bronleigh house I was incredibly nervous and apprehensive about starting something new. Upon meeting Debbie, I instantly felt welcomed into a warm and supportive environment and quickly made yoga a part of my weekly routine. 2 years on and I have been introduced to many different healing modalities with The Yoga Junkie alongside yoga, such as sound healing, Reiki, meditation & breathwork and I feel completely transformed as a person. Debbies inviting and loving energy allows people to fully be themselves and embark on their healing journey, whilst feeling safe and secure in a non-judgemental setting. I feel incredibly grateful and blessed to have found The Yoga Junkie and can’t recommend these classes enough to anyone that may be wanting to embark on their own path to healing and self-care xxx
