I bought this item online, after my daughter wearing a few times the silver level started fall off £28 for these worest shoes. Shame for the company.

They need educating on non-binary/gender nonconforming identitiesNeed easier and fairer ways of providing customer refunds not nonsense refund cards for in store without a managers approvalThey seem not very into chit chat, small talk or pleasantries. That or they can't hear me maybe as I don't always speak up clear enough. I can put my foot in it without meaning to.

I was waiting to return nobody was available at the till then a lady called Ann came to sort my refund, we had a chat I was having a stressful day she made me feel so much better, just a chat and a smile can go a long way. Also this Next is much better then the white rose where the staff just have no sense of customer experience- thank you !

The staff have a horrible attitude. If I have a receipt, why can't I refund clothes I've bought?

Just visited this Next store . Picked a nice tee-shirt up for my nephew which clearly had been reduced to half price only to take it to the till and be told by the manager it's full price. When I stated it clearly has the original price crossed out she ripped the price tag off in front of me and said the sale hasn't started yet. Disgusted by the customer service and won't be returning all the customers started to say the same thing however the manager didn't budge and all left the store empty handed.

Really difficult to buy a three piece suit when nearly everything I picked up ‘in my size’ had a completely different size labelled on the coat hanger to what the item actually was. Had to double check a lot of tags. Some of the trousers had the right waist at least but wrong leg. So many items were just completely wrong. 44R on a hanger for 38S, etc. Once or twice maybe, but it was a mess, so many customers are going to buy the wrong sizes here.

Very poor service and left extremely upset by an employee called Molly.I had 2 shirts in packets that I wanted to try on and so was handed the shirts of the same size when going in the changing room by an employee called Molly as I was told we shouldn’t open the shirts in the packets.When I asked for a different style (she gave me a cuffling version and I wanted the normal shirt) she accused me of taking the shirt out of the packet. I understood initially that it could have been a mistake on herpart but she became very adamant that I had taken the shirts out the packets and wouldn’t back down. She started to roll her eyes at me and was smirking when I explained I didn’t open it and it’s a different style from the two packs I bought in with me anyway, but she tried to make me feel like I couldn’t follow her basic instruction.I explained to her it’s the shirts she gave me and I even showed her the shirts in the packets that were unopened.I know all in all it’s very minor but I’ve never been accused like that before and for someone to keep insisting that I had done something wrong that I didn’t do in front of other employees and customers made me feel very inferior. I was left like I couldn’t believe what just happened to me.There’s a difference between just doing your job and making someone feel little.Please can something be done with management of employees so this doesn’t happen to anyone again.

Once again Next has produced a great stylish product range, The men's winter range is spot on. The home furnishings are great quality and to suit every home. Store was clean and bright, a real joy to shop here.

Shocking shocking service, a staff member wouldn’t stop following me and my friends around the store and questioning us and describing us to security, am never going back!

I was served by Lucy today. This lady was very rude with me and my mother when I only asked her for a bag. She throws the bag at me and told me to leave the shop. She was puffing the whole time she was serving me. Definitely the worst service ever ! I talked to the manager but nobody wanted to help me
