I was aided by Camila during my house hunt in London. She was extremely professional, tried her best to accommodate my preferences and was very prompt in responding. The room I rented had few minor issues to be fixed, but Camila actively managed the issues and ensured everything was done on time! I was worried about renting my next accommodation online, but after the agent offered me a video tour and I checked the reviews I decided to do it, I didn't regret it, the flats are exactly like the video. I rented a room for my son from abroad, happy to found this company! They are trusty company, we asked who are the flatmates and a couple of questions, when my son got to the flat it was exactly as the videos Camila sent to us and all of the flatmates were students the same age as my son. It was what I expected.
