Great vets at Medivet Eccleston, very helpful and lovely staff.

Have no consideration especially when it comes to grieving owners, first thing they want is money they couldn't give a damn about the animal health

First time here, recommended by 2 friends. The vet, Chris Manningham, was absolutely superb. Explained everything and discussed and answered our fears about one of our labradors. Would definitely recommend.

I've only used Chorley before, but was happy to travel further afield to get an appointment with a simply amazing vet -Dr Shaw. As always every question answered and instructions for treatment clarified. Receptionist was lovely. Pleasant and helpful. I cannot recommend any of the Hillcrest Animal hospitals (3) highly enough

Always very helpful. They see your pets on the same day if it is an emergency. Friendly staff. Give you an estimate of treatment if possible. Would definitely recommend Hillcrest.

Came in for an emergency appointment, seen quickly and also great advice. Dog is great now.

We registered our cat this morning with the lovely lady on reception at the Eccleston branch and he is booked in for his first appointment. A wonderful, local, friendly service. Thank you.

My Manchester Terrier Lyla is very nervous at the vets and she dislikes any stranger putting hands on her. Your vet Andreij recognised Lyla’s anxiety and calmly and slowly gained her trust. He was kind and reassuring throughout a thorough examination and asked detailed questions about her symptoms. He gave pragmatic advice to allow time for symptoms to settle and identified a pathway of treatment and tests should her symptoms continue or worsen. I left with a positive impression that Lyla’s welfare, rather than the opportunity to make money, was at the centre of his diagnosis. He followed up with a call to inform me of the result of urine tests. The receptionist was helpful and friendly and the building is clean and modern. My only criticism is that the practice is not well signposted. Because it is set back from the road I drove past it twice before realising it was there. Otherwise very impressed!
