Pretty small DFS located inside the mall. They have a pretty small selection of sofas; no other furniture. Wasn't what I was expecting from a DFS, which are usually large self contained furniture shops.

After parking in the relatively cheap car park ,the customer service in d.f.s were lovely very helpful ,but allowed us to try the sofas good job.

Great service while purchasing the 2 and 3 seater recliners but the 2-seater was delivered damaged and faulty, an engineer came to inspect it and that was 15 weeks ago and still hasn’t been fixed or a date when the standard components will arrive. I have emailed several time without reply. Terrible after sales service.

Customer service non existent. Came yesterday to make final checks before ordering a sofa. No one cared to come and ask whether I needed any help despite me being THE ONLY person in the store! Came today and made 4 rounds around the shop still ready to buy a sofa - what did I get? 3 people chilling in back room talking and enjoying themselves. I assume DFS has too many orders to care??

Lovely store. Friendly and helpful staff!I made an hour trip to a different store in the shopping centre but was complete unimpressed...So I decided to pop into DFS, and fell in love with the ‘Owen’ sofa. I was helped by a blonde lady who I think was the manager or senior sales advisor, who was very friendly, helpful and informative. She spent a while discussing the options with me, and was not pushy at all, and was happy for me to take time to think.I eventually spent £1000 on my new Owen sofa and I love with it. (Unfortunately ordered online so the lady couldn’t get the commission :()
