Lovely affordable restaurant in Hammersmith. Amazing wonton soup with super plump wontons and proper soup stock. Great dumplings steamed just right, not over steamed. Super dumpling wrappers nice and thin. Fabulous service from Latif. A lovely meal to help a friend celebrate their birthday.

I went with my family (Kids aged 10,9 and 6). All of us loved the food. The quality is far better than you would expect from the restaurant appearance.Highly recommended.

We went there for a quick meal but ended up ordering a lot of food. Everything was delicious , Malaysian prawn curry was very authentic (not in the picture) and the dim sums were full of generous fillings. One of the nicer dim sum experiences for sure. Gentleman that served us was very friendly. Would definitely go back again if we ever return to Hammersmith

3 of us had a meal here last night and I’m very disappointed, after reading the reviews I was looking forward to a nice meal.As soon as we entered I knew it was not going to be the case, there was no heating and no customers just a waiter wearing jeans and his jacket. The food did not come out together and was very bland and portions were small. The bill for the meal was £90 which included a £10 service charge that I did not see until I paid the bill we will not be returning.

I attempted a telephone order for pickup. Two of the four items I chose from the menu on their own website were unavailable. When I finalised my order the total cost I was given didn’t match that on their website. There was a small discrepancy of less than £2. I asked if they would honour the price I saw live on their website. They wouldn’t. They suggested I cancelled my order so I did. I haven’t tried the food and my review is based entirely on the service I received.

Had a lovely lunch at this little place on King's Street. The atmosphere was casual and unassuming (no music, although we came on the tail end of lunch), service was kind and friendly. The dim sum was REALLY good - it tasted fresh and unique, with fun flavours that complemented each other. There is an offer going on until the 23rd of April, so our bill was extremely reasonable - £46 for 3 dim sum platters (7 pieces), one order of spinach dumplings, one order of mushroom buns, one pot of blueberry tea, and service charge (I can't remember if it was 10 or 12%). But even without the offer, the prices are really reasonable for the quality of the food. There was a super spicy hot sauce that I really loved - I love spicy but a word of caution in case you don't, because that is some hot stuff! It's not fancy, but I found the food really good.Thank you for the friendly service, we'll be back.

Doesn’t feel like genuine dim sums. Average taste and overpriced for what you get. Taste like reheated frozen dim sums…. would not recommend to anyone who likes dim sums… many other places where to go…

Really enjoyed my meal at Steam. I love dim sum and it was nice to try a local place without needing to go to Chinatown. Crystal Prawn dumpling (4/5), Siu Mai (4/5), salt & pepper squid (5/5). Nice dim sum & other item selection, friendly service and clean-modern atmosphere.

I had phenomenal dinner there with dim sums and several different dumplings. Everything's clearly handmade with passion and it tastes absolutely delicious. I will definitely come back.
