Emergency treatment given within minutes of arriving at the surgery. They managed to save one puppy put on a drip overnight but the other puppy was put to sleep.It seems they had ingested a toxin and the veterinarians prompt action definitely save a life.100% recommended

We initially went to rase vets as they said they would get a particular injection for my puppy that our vets would not get happy days the receptionist a male was really good and very helpful I decided to transfer all my animals to your practice in Hatfield as I was so impressed however I booked my cat in just for a first visit for routine flea and worm treatment they have to see her being a new client! We were running a few minutes late as gor stuck in traffic so we phoned up to make them aware. We got the most rude receptionist possible who told us we couldn't come as we were going to be 5 minutes late and said we have to reschedule therefore had to turn around and go back home I can understand if we were well over time but not 5 minutes and her attitude was appalling

Lovely staff very friendly, vet’s very thorough. It would be nice to see the same vet each time but they seem to rotate there so don’t think that’s possible. Very handy being open 7 days a week.

Super helpful staff, really friendly and attentive too. I actually live in Rossington and prefer this branch by far purely because of the quality of staff that they employ. It goes a long www in my opinion. Especially for something as important as your pet! I would recommend these to absolutely anyone and everyone.

Unbelievable service, saw me today for my puppy’s broken claw FOC where another vets wanted to charge me £275 for an out of hours appointment.

My dog had a tick on her and a very nice woman found and removed it straight away and didn’t charge me for it .

I have found all staff to be very pleasant and helpful, love the fact they are open on Sundays making it more convenient for working people.

Rase Dunscroft are amazing. They saw my dog, Alice, this morning as soon as I called. They took great care of her and gave her all the time she needed. I'm very grateful to the vet and the two wonderful nurses. Also the male receptionist gave great advice over the phone.We also called a few times over the weekend and they were happy to give us advice to keep us from having to pay emergency fees.

The female vet was very good with my cat. Prices of flea treatments are a bit expensive to get monthly but overall a good vets

Great vet practice, with really friendly staff and passionate vets. 4 stars because they did not have the equipment to check my pets small ears but the diagnosis and treatment was easy to understand and they showed they did know their profession really well. The costs were very reasonable. I would definitely reccomend this practice, and would trust them with my pets in the future.
