Been meaning to do a review for this lovely family business for a while. From my first motorbike to the next they have been outstanding!Any problems with your motorbike then come here, they will take care of you and won’t rip you off like other businesses out there. They specialise in 125cc motorbikes and scooters and are Vosa approved for MOT!Had my bike serviced a few months ago and MOT done today. Very friendly staff with excellent customer service. Had my bike sent in for service, MOT & brakes and they did an amazing job. They are a family run business since the 60s and very rare to find places like this still exists. Ollie & Charles know everything about almost every bikes and I highly recommend these guys.

I have never seen like this type of services. They are really good with customers. The Employees are very friendly. I went there for repair my moped they checked it and told me it’s battery problem then I bring my battery they fixed it for me. When I spoke them about their charge they said no need to pay. I was really surprised about that because no one do like that even me. I really appreciate that. They fixed my bike,they gave me lots of good advise. I am giving them 100 star.Thank you for your great services. I will be there every time for repair my moped. I am planning to buy a sports bike from them as well.

Took my bike down there for a service and mot. Had hardly done any miles since I done the service elsewhere and Olli and the guys gave it a once over and said there was no need for a service as everything was in tip top condition. Fantastic and honest service from start to finish. Olli's communication was excellent throughout (I called a few times beforehand asking lots of different questions!). Very friendly and professional establishment. They have a regular client in me now and I would not hesitate to recommend this place to any of my fellow bikers :).

I have been going here for a few years now. There are a few Motorcycle sales and repair shops in the area, however this place is by far the most honest and reliable in my opinion. They always give you good advice on what's best and cost effective for your bike, keeping the prices reasonable.They were especially helpful getting my stolen recovered bike back on the road, for reasonable cost. The guys are really honest and set good expectations. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. You will not be disappointed.

Visited this great family run shop today (23/10/23) for the dreaded mot on my GSX1250 and again passed with no problems. Unfortunately it is very rare in todays society to find customer focused shops, But at Howard Powells Motorcycles this is what you will always see. I did have a problem with my heated grips and asked them if they could have a look whilst the mot was being carried out and they fixed the problem and never charged me for this service. This sadly in today's society is unheard of. Thankyou Charles and Charles junior for looking after me today and many thanks for a great experience and keep up the good work.

This is the best Motorcycle service shop i have been to ever! the customer service and help was outstanding 10/10 especially from Oliver - if you ever want to get M.O.T or servicing done i definitely recommend this place and all my future bike work will be done here, they are soo nice and friendly i couldn't believe how they went above and beyond to do extra work on my bike and they were really on point with their time frames they give. I just done M.O.T and a service on my Lexmoto LXR 125 and there are some shops that don't even want to touch my bike so I am extremely happy with this shop. Thanks guys.

Fixed up my scooter and gave it a good old clean I couldn’t recognise it! Good honest business very knowledgeable. Fairly priced my bill was even reduced when they discovered they didn’t need certain parts. Thanks guys you have a new customer

Just had an MOT done on a Ninja 650 and was very impressed with the service. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and were more than happy to answer any questions I had. They were also very thorough in their inspection of my bike and made sure everything was in order before I left.I was also impressed with the range of 125's they had on offer, with different makes and styles available – something for everyone!
