What a great company. I ordered from them two days ago and it arrived today. I also made an error with my order, they spotted it and called me before shipping and correct it FOC. The items I received were very well packaged and exactly as described on their website.

A truly excellent company to deal with. I bought 'Balustrade Kit 1' for my decking and I'm delighted with the finished result. The products are all of superb quality, great to work with and easy to install (the excellent 'YouTube' video sold me the product in the first place and was an invaluable reference). I purchased a small number of stainless fittings for my lads tyre swing from GS Products. The parts arrived well packed the following day. A small issue with one of the parts was resolved without hesitation the same day and a replacement delivered within 24 hours. A great outfit - will definitely use again.

Excellent quality products at a good price, delivered promptly and packed exceptionally well. I like the idea that they charge a fair carriage cost and so the products are properly priced as they don't have to absorb the postage. Highly recommended.

These guys are great. Did a lot of searching online and cane across GS Products who clearly had the best site and clearest guidance for what I was looking to do (wore balustrade for decking)On top of a great site the guys were super helpful when I called them for advice and along with their guide videos I am ready to go.What was also really impressive and people take this for granted is the packaging. All the parts I ordered cane sealed in spectate compartments making it easy to get started without spending ages separating and organising out the parts.These guys have a great thing going and it’s clear how good their service is. They are really busy and it’s for a good reason, they offer the best products and customer service out of all the companies I looked at for wire balustrade fittings.Than you for all your help and couldn’t recommend more.
