Meadowhall Interchange
Good local transport links to Sheffield, Chesterfield, Barnsley Manchester and Leeds. Trams, trains and buses go from here. Customer service desk is over the footbridge and on the ground level near Subway.

Excellent bus station and staff, recently stopped to drop off and pick up passengers. One passenger was being problematic and began holding up the coach. I went and spoke to security staff and they dealt very quickly with the incident with the aid of Sheffield police. Was very happy with the situation / response thanks!!

Elevator seems to be like a classic car unreliable so bit always good for the disabled and always crowed in the main hall

Thanks to Male Member of staff at bus station in Meadowhall Bus Station who provided assistance when a third X78 bus to Doncaster failed to pick up passengers waiting at designated bus stop. What a star.

If buses are running then the lifts and toilets should be too! Access to both was denied on xmas day while awaiting coach.Not acceptable.

It was okay honestly. Not many shops inside of the bus station itself but the ones there were adequate. Buses are plentiful and the station has easy interchange with the train station nearby.

The bus station is quite decent compared to other bus stations in England. When I visited, it was clean and looked recently renovated, the toilets included (although people are damaging the equipment). It is adjacent to the train station, which is also convenient for most travellers. On the downside, it doesn't have a bus stand diagram, and I noticed that not all buses were mentioned in the live monitors - not sure why.Update: I just added a photo with stand information about special buse services. I hope it is helpful to those visiting for the first time.
