Temple Gym - Humber Street

Fantastic spacious boutique training studio, it’s well equipped and clean with private shower facilities. They hold classes daily and there is always highly qualified staff on site to help with anything from showing you how to use the equipment to delivering 1-2-1 personal training sessions. The best bit is when you’ve finished your workout they offer a wide variety of supplements as well as fresh meals to purchase. Temple is definitely the best gym to train out of in the city centre.

Superb boutique gym. Fantastic equipment. Great location. They have everything you need when it comes to working out. The space is well used. The 101 shop downstairs sells retro sports wear and sneakers and is well worth a look! 10/10

Temple is a fantastic gym with great staff, facilities, equipment and a great range of classes. Popping across for 30 minutes a day for a work out has been fantastic for my focus and productivity. Joining Temple has 100% improved my wellbeing and that has had a hugely positive impact on my health.

Temple Gym has a real community vibe. Being on Humber Street and so close to other great places like Nibble means it’s right at the centre of town life for anyone living/working in an around Fruit Market and Victoria Dock. The facilities are amazing whether you want to do a Crossfit style workout, lift some weights or do some cardio - there’s definitely something for everyone. Their pricing is really simple and is very competitive with other larger but less personal gyms.

So I've been going to temple gym for about 2 months now and honestly, I don't see myself going to another gym anytime soon! It's in a beautiful place with fantastic facilities and the people there are amazing! I recommend this place to everybody.

I trained at Temple Gym for the first time today with my PT and I was a really amazed at the high standard of the equipment and the general ambience. Add to that the wonderful aircon on a very warm day , the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the clean and spacious shower room and I can say that this is one of the best fitness training facilities in the city

It is all good to join but try to cancel your membership! Their phone number and email do not work! I went there in person and they cancelled it for me. That’s what I hoped, because they continue to charge me for it. I then cancelled my direct debit but I since then have not managed to get hold of anyone to get my refund of the months I was charged after I cancelled the membership! Very disorganised and without a main office function.

100% recommend this gym. very confortable feeling. Amazing staff that actually care about their customers. Really good price. All round great place.

Great boutique Gym with everything thing you need for weight training, CrossFit and even for combat sports (top and ball, heavy bags etc). Matted area for sleds and hanging bars too. Great gym and shout out to the talented staff in there such as Connor and Lynette!

This gym has great potential, which it definitely achieved before lockdown. Its in a great location, is cheap, quiet and cosy yet with a decent selection of equipment.Unfortunately things seem to have gone downhill since then; the place seems to be run by teenage lads. Here are some issues I encountered.- Dusty, unclean equipment and no sanitiser anywhere in the gym for weeks at a time.- Blue roll left in the toilets in leiu of toilet roll!!- An awful smell of sewage downstairs.- Young lad at the front desk asleep, meaning I had to call to get buzzed in.- Random lads coming into the gym and messing about.- Random lads who seemed to either work here or know the lads who do coming in and taking over the speaker system, blasting out uncomfortably loud drill music and generally treating the place as their private gym.Overall, it's a great shame that this gym has been left by the wayside and is now suffering from nonexistent management.
