Beautiful salon in a lovely area, affordable and easy parking within a few moments walk from the salon. Veronica is fantastic. Least painful waxing experience I've had! Beautiful gel nails. I would recommend to anyone looking to have treatments done by a passionate beautician!

I so look forward to my treatments with Hannah at Beauty At No.1.With every visit I feel well looked after and have always been delighted with my nails, facials and/or massages. I had a facial done by a lovely girl yesterday and this deserves a longer review because she was amazing! Before the treatment I explained to her that my skin was very sensitive and I had some bad experiences somewhere in the past. She listented to my concerns and we went over the exact Dermalogica products that would beused during the treatment. She was verty gentle and provided treatmentbeyond my expectations!Highly recommended place!

I got the HD Brow Sculpt a few weeks ago and they are amazing! I was hesitant to try brow lamination but the beautician was very kind and I’m so happy with the result, I will definitely be returning!

I've had my nails done at No.1 a few times now, and I've always had such a wonderful experience! The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and always do an absolutely fantastic job with an amazing attention to detail. I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else to get my nails done, because I know nowhere else could even come close to this!

Had booked a facial with a Dermalogica voucher that was confirmed valid over the phone. Upon arrival I was then told they don’t accept the vouchers despite being informed when booking that it was completely accepted. The receptionist then said only herself and the manager were aware that they weren’t accepting the vouchers.She was rude and dismissive and completely unhelpful. It shows a complete lack of education to their wider staff and total lack of customer service.As I left I said that it was all a bit of a joke, and she screamed as I walked out the door “IT’S NOT A JOKE”.I won’t be returning.

Great experience! I had a spray tan for my birthday and couldn’t of asked for better service, i believe it was jess who did my tan and she was amazing ! Xx will defo be back❤️
