Brought an insignia off them today. Car was as described and we we're able to take out on a decent test drive on our own. Seem straight up guys which is all you can ask for from a second hand dealer

I went with my daughter to look at a car. The people are very friendly and helpful. The car was purchased and the before and after sales service is very good.

I had my first experience with M motors a week on Saturday. I test drove a Peugeot Allure and the experience was amazing, no pressure whatsoever and I was trusted to take as long as I wanted. There was a problem and it was repaired asap which I am so pleased about. I cannot praise these guys enough with their professionalism and how they conducted themselves. They even offered to drop my new car off to my front door and even offered to buy my old car at trade price. Fantastic service will not hesitate to recommend anyone who is looking for a new motor. Well done guys and thank you. Will definitely use your service again in the near future if I need another car from you.

Travelled far & the bodywork damage hadn’t been mentioned.We put a deposit down on a 2013 Insignia in the week, we sold our car so my husband had to leave the house at 6.45am to get to Masiuk Motors, getting there at 11.30am after a taxi, bus, train & a taxi. There was a crack on the bumper not shown in the photos or mentioned to us, the boot didn’t open properly, scrapes and scratches in numerous places that weren’t mentioned and cracked number plate. The car clearly hadn’t been valeted too. We didn’t purchase the car, and they did refund the deposit, however we’re disgusted my husband wasted his entire day travelling there and back, and spent £200 doing so, when if they had of been honest about the bodywork we would not have shown interest

Purchased a car from m motors ltd. Very friendly customer service. The gentlemen who dealt with me was very helpful , had good knowledge on the car , he wasn't pushy , he wasn't forceful. He left us to it. Would reccomended to others :)

Bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from these guys. They were extremely friendly and allowed us to take the car for a decent test drive alone. There was no pressure to buy and the seller gave me a brilliant price. The car itself is superb and a total bargain. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from these guys again.

Customer service at the highest level. The gentlemen patiently answered all my questions. I had the opportunity to test the car before buying. It was delivered to my door after purchase. If I buy a car again, it will definitely be from M Motors.
