I would stay clear of this company. Purchased a van, on the way home it overheated and went back for 6 weeks being off the road. Now back and is overheating again and the garage say it doesn’t have a warranty and nothings wrong with it. The finance company are about to take the van back and make a demand for the money back.They were helpful at first but now don’t want to know and ignoring calls. I

Not to be trusted. Bought my car on motorway then backed out and told them i had cancelled the deal. Not true . Good reviews on google don’t ring true either . beware .

Ozzie is the best. Bought a B-Class mercades and it was immaculate, apart from a tiny patch of wear on the driver seat it almost looked brand new. Was kind enough to give me a £250 discount for paying cash as opposed to finance.Noticed that the front brakes were starting to squeak a little during slow braking after a couple of weeks so I contacted Ozzie, he replaced all 4 discs and pads free of charge and arranged for the labour to be carried arried out. Warranty and service included and all genuine OEM mercades parts used ....absolutely spot on!

We bought a car from Ozzi recently, who was very helpful and relaxed throughout, which made the process enjoyable. He also gave us a very decent price for our old car as well as an eight-month warranty on the new one. Would definitely recommend Darin Autos.

Excellent costumer service. Ahmad and the team were extremely helpful and supportive during the car buying process. Trustworthy company, they provide what they promise. I bumped into a little obstacle during the process and Ahmad did everything possible to help and support me, making sure that I’ll have a positive car buying experience . Well done! Just an update on my last review telling you to be aware of Darin Autos.He replied to my review saying that he doesn’t use Motorway. this is not true as that is exactly where I got his details. He also doesn’t mention that he emailed me with a lame excuse that his driver was ill. This being after Motorway chases him to finalise the deal.God loves a trier. Would you buy a car from this man ? Glad to have found a local car dealership. Ozi has been helpful and took the time and went the extra mile to sort some minor issues out with me. Been given 6 month warranty, he is approachable and knowledgeable. I will have no issues recommending this place.

AVOID THIS DEALER! I purchased a Mercedes from here in February of 2023. The engine management light came on within a minute of me driving away from the dealership and the car was Misfiring. I raised this immediately and the car went back to be fixed it had a new spark plug and was told it needed new sensors fitted. Long story short, after 5 months of the car not being fixed it finally broke down and went to the garage. It needed a full new timing kit and the head skimming. It remained there for 3 months and was not fixed. This ended in my finance company reversing the purchase as the dealer was not responding to them or me and they are now Pursuing Darin Autos for the refund. This cost me thousands of pounds in hire cars, taxis etc. I missed time with my new born son and near had a mental breakdown due to the stress. This dealer cannot be trusted on any level. Avoid at all costs.

I recently bought a Toyota Yaris from Darin Autos. Ozzi was so patient and knowledgeable, I was unsure of what car it was that I wanted, I told him what the car would be used for and what my budget was and he came back with multiple options. I am so grateful and extremely happy with my new car, it was in great condition when I received it with no issues whatsoever.
