I had a wonderful experience while being served by Natalie. I was able to purchase a range of beautiful gifts for my future bridesmaids. Natalie was attentive, funny and infinitely patient with my indecision! As always, Jo Malone scents are second to none but made even better by the excellent customer service and personalised touches, such as the coloured lids. Thank you again.

We did the wedding scent experience here and Olivia was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and helped us pick out our perfect wedding scents. The engraving was also an amazing touch!

My fiance and I attended a wedding scent experience at the Covent Garden store. We were met with Natalie who showed genuine interest from the start! She selected perfect scents for us...so much so we couldn't decide! She was so patient with us throughout. When I had finally picked my fragrance the store didn't stock the size I was after so she phoned another store and got them to sort it all for me. We still went ahead with my fiancé's purchase through Natalie as she 100% deserved it! Then to top it off she threw in a few samples. Thanks so much Natalie!

I visited the store for a “scent for you” experience. Ava attended my appointment. She was extremely helpful and shared lot of insights. She extended my session to a “Hand and Arm massage” experience as she had sometime and the store wasn’t too busy. She was extremely patient and knowledgable. I also interacted with Natalie on the personalisation, gifting and events options.My experience overall was extremely pleasant and enjoyable. I walked away with a beautiful cologne and a wish list of other products! Thank you Ava and Natalie!

I recently had a disappointing experience with Jo Malone Covent Garden and Canary Wharf stores. The gift item I purchased was misrepresented, and upon attempting to exchange it, I faced resistance and had to navigate a frustrating process through customer service. Unfortunately, the lack of interest from agency staff in their stores added to the overall dissatisfaction. It's disheartening when a brand with a history of customer loyalty falls short on both product representation and service. As a long-time customer, I'll be exploring other options moving forward.
