Visited for breakfast, and it has completely changed in multiple ways, not to mention how much it now costs.Food well below par, separated scrambled egg, wet toast and 1/2 piece of bacon. The black coffee was so weak, I could see a mark on the bottom of the cup through the coffee. Partner had over cooked (hard) poached eggs…and toast that had been toasted on only one side. How random!2 x eggs on toast (one scrambled, one poached), side of bacon (half a piece, but used to be 2 rashers) plus 2 coffees (flat white and americano) £28…. Wow! Not again. We visit the garden centre every 3ish weeks, and purchase substantial amounts of gardening items which we will continue to do, but can honestly say we will not ever eat back in the cafe. A real shame….

Went here for afternoon tea, the food was outstanding. Good choice of sandwiches, beautiful cake selection. Highly recommended

We visited the coffee shop at the Grosvenor Garden Centre on a Sunday morning, looking for a cozy spot to escape the rain and enjoy a cup of coffee. The reviews for the garden centre were positive, so we had high hopes for the coffee shop as well.Unfortunately, we arrived just after the breakfast window had closed, which was a shame as the few served breakfast around looked delicious. The coffee shop itself was spacious and nicely decorated, with plenty of seating options and a lovely view of the garden. However, the service was a slow and seemed understaffed. It took a while to place our orders for food and coffee, and even then, the process was a bit confusing.Eventually, we managed to get our food, but the baked potato was disappointingly cold and seemed to have been (under) microwaved. The coffee was good (if you like more sour organic blends) and the salad was fresh but needed proper seasoning for flavour.Considering the relatively high prices of the food, I was expecting a more satisfying meal. The coffee shop has a lot of potential, but unfortunately, my experience was a bit disappointing. I hope they can improve their service and food quality to match the lovely atmosphere of the garden centre.

Very under staffed, quite a few tables had dirty plates. People where served food then had to wait in queue for a long time to pay for it and not a cheap place at all. My Grandson asked for pizza and chips, it was a small cheap one with about 8 chips for £7.95. Countless people complaining, I would definitely think twice before eating there.

Visited today, very disorganised staff running around like headless chickens , food was lovely but only lukewarm due to long queue waiting to pay as drinks where taking staff so long to prepare, then another wait for cutlery as the baskets where empty , then another wait as fresh cutlery was dirty, I think the drinks and tills need reorganising to speed things up.

Visually a nice cafe when you walk in, busy even during a weekday, when going to sit there was lots of uncleared tables. Good amount of choice food wise, however the quality of the food was pretty poor especially factoring in the prices, lukewarm frozen chips, thin fish in batter at £15. Sandwich was ok. Lots of stuff sitting under heat lamps just going bad. Lots of wasps flying round, even seen a couple people move from the bombardment of them, restrooms very tired and just pass for clean. Seems like a place designed to fleece the very obvious demographic of older guests out of their retirement money.

We always visit when in the garden centre , good food, pleasant staff, plenty of seating only complaint is that food is rather pricey.

My partner and I both had fish and chips. The fish had far too much batter and not a lot of fish, which in our opinion wasn't very good quality. The peas were dry. Overall, we did eat most of it, but found it unremarkable for what we paid.
