Apart from excellent coffee, they serve an excellent frostino, which they will make to your specification! Costa coffee isn't cheap, but I don't remember ever having a bad experience at any of their outlets. Costa definitely sets the standard, the others follow. Well done Costa!

I always have early grey tea, but unfortunately it's not the real early grey teabag it taste like water and the hot water is sometime luke warm water. Why is the real earl grey teabag not being used as I am paying for it. I hope the manager does read these reviews .

Took my reusable cup for an iced latte- the girl made my drink in a disposable cup tipped it in my cup then thew the disposable one away… what is the point in the reuse cups when people do that!! Completely defeats the point in reducing waste by using reuse cups. Plus the drink was 85% ice… wasn’t very impressed

I absolutely Loved going here during the week. I Absolutely Love their ham and cheese toasties. I have a certain order on food but I have an experiment on Drinks by having a Gingerbread Latte or Some tea. There lemon cupcakes are top notch xx

Thank you to the lovely Sean for helping me decide my drink, he told me all the new drinks on offer and made my drink so perfectly, it had the perfect ratio of sweetness and coffee!

With 30 mins to go before Costa closed on a Sunday afternoon, we were politely informed of this. The barista took our order and when I asked what was the make-up on one of the new drinks on the menu, he happily told me and when I asked if I get swap milk for oat milk, he explained where it was possible, but where it was not (coffee flavoured cream).Our drinks were made pretty quickly so no long wait, despite others having been previously ordered. Our table was clean and we only saw one other with some old cups on.More people came in, and they all had the same polite feedback about the closing time. We never were asked to drink up and only felt compelled to leave by ourselves looking at the time. Other customers continued to drink after we got up to leave with 5 mins before closing.Well done Costa.

I have become very disappointed with the intense bitterness of Costa's coffee. I have been told that for a bit extra, I can have a premium smooth coffee. Sorry, I just want a coffee to taste nice, regardless of the cost... Or should I say, regardless of the Costa
