Would give zero stars if possible. Ali was rude, condescending, and incredibly unhelpful. Unprofessional comments were made at the initial visit about our flatmates appearance and nature. Then, on the day of move out, the company was 1.5 hours late without notice or reasonable explanation. One member of our flat called to inquire if we might be able to get a discount for our wasted time, and she was verbally berated to the point of tears as Ali threatened to tell the moving team to not come at all.The one redeeming grace of the company is the moving team. Bill and Ahio (apologies, I’m sure I’ve butchered the spelling) were kind, funny, helpful, and overall lovely to work with.It is worth noting that all of us are young females, and I suspect this fact had more than a little to do with our treatment. Overall incredibly disappointed with how the company deems fit to talk to and treat its customers.
