I took my elderly mother here to look and try out a variety of riser/recliner chairs. Marina who helped us was very informative and patient, which is exactly what I’d hoped for. Good advice to purchase an expensive item was very welcome. I would definitely visit here again for any future aids for my mum. Great place. Very pleased.

Brilliant service.Looking for a walking aid with seat. Seen some online, but wanted to try product. We purchased after mum tried two in shop. The one we chose was the same as we had seen online, but cheaper!Will be delivered within 3-5 working days.

Mariana was exceptionally polite and very kind towards my Mum who is 90yrs young and struggles with her mobility. We were after a riser/recliner chair and Marianna was very helpful with the demonstration of the chair that Mum picked, full credit to her and all your staff at the Maidstone branch.

Marina was very knowledgeable about the electric wheelchair we were ineterested in and allowing us to try it out, including loading it into our car.I would be happy to recommend her to our friends and family.

My mother purchased a mobility scooter from Care and Co and had problems with it from the start. It was very unstable and she had 2 fall’s from it. She had call outs and had to pay each time. These scooters are not fit for purpose. The last fall she had was on Easter Saturday and she broke her hip. Mum never recovered and passed away yesterday. DO NOT put your elderly relative/loved one in one of these as they will be in danger!!Care and co don’t care they just want sales and will not help when their product goes wrong. I will take this to the small claims court for a refund and then on for compensation as they killed my beloved mum!!

Decided to visit here to browse for a scooter for my Dad. We needed a compact model that folded up preferably due to lack of storage space. Robert served us and was so helpful and kind. He listened exactly to my Dads needs and what he wanted. He demonstrated a few different models. Showed their functions, how to fold them up, their weight etc. He was clearly very knowledgable about the products. My Dad trialled a couple around the showroom before making a final decision. Dad then opted for a bag to be added so he could carry his walking stick on the scooter as well. Opted for the additional insurance after it was explained and that was added. Robert explained about delivery also. All in all an excellent experience and excellent customer service from Robert, everyone was very friendly who we had any contact with. A crazy old man and his daughter left the shop very happy. Thank you very much :)

Just been to this showroom this morning looking to buy a wheelchair for my Dad. Was greeted by Rob Rogers who then dealt with us whilst we were there. Extremely helpful, patient and in no way pushy. We did purchase and would definitely use these guys again. Great service.23rd June - Update.Since receiving the wheel chair we bought I have to now update and say after service has been poor. The wheel chair came with no seat belt, even though we were told it would have and no Allen key to adjust foot rest and to attach the seat belt (when we get it) My parents have chased continously being promised call backs and not receiving them. I'm very disappointed with the treatment. This is a massive deal for parents and this company have just caused undue stress. We are expecting the belt now tomorrow as a gesture of goodwill. So my review goes from great to poor in the space of two weeks. Would agree with the lady below. They want the sales but don't want to provide good after care. Pretty poor in this industry.

Marina was very polite and helpful. She took the time to show us products, show us how they worked and discussed suitability for my needs. I would recommend. Thank youHowever … despite being told that the item I ordered would be delivered and that I would be contacted to be told when, I wasn’t. I had moved address a year ago since my previous order and although Marina updated all my contact details I heard nothing more from Careco or the delivery company. Meaning the £499 item I had ordered was left on the doorstep of my previous address. Very disappointed. Now I am without the item and waiting for my refund of £499.

Rob was very helpful and allowed us to try the riser recliner chair without any pressure and once we decided it was right for us he completed the purchase and delivery paperwork with no hassle. Overall and excellent experience.
